Welcome to Mood Creative Studios! This document outlines how our service works, what's included in your subscription, and our mutual responsibilities. Our goal is to create a clear, efficient, and transparent partnership so we can focus on what matters most: creating exceptional video content for your brand.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review this document carefully.
Our Service Commitment & Turnaround Times
Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality edits in a timely manner. Our standard targets are:

First Drafts: Delivered within 2-3 business days.

Revisions: Delivered within 1-2 business days.
These timelines begin once we have received all necessary assets, footage, and clear instructions for the video request.
Our Workflow: How We Manage Your Videos
Our process is designed for flexibility and is tailored to your subscription plan. We do not use a rigid queue system. Instead, we manage your projects based on your monthly video allowance and project complexity.

Project-Based Workflow: Your subscription includes a set number of videos per month. You can submit requests for these videos at your convenience throughout the month.

Concurrent Editing: Depending on the scope of your projects and your subscription level, we may work on multiple videos for you simultaneously. High-priority or complex projects may have dedicated resources to ensure efficient progress.

Clear Communication: Your dedicated Project Manager will be your central point of contact. They will work with you to prioritize requests and establish a clear delivery schedule based on your needs and our team's capacity.
What's Included in Your Subscription
Our service is a comprehensive video editing solution. Every subscription includes:

Dedicated Project Manager: Your single point of contact for all communication.

Unlimited Revisions: We'll tweak your video until you are 100% satisfied (see "Revisions & Approvals" section for details). To keep things efficient, we ask that all feedback be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If no revisions are requested within that period, or if final approval is given, the project will be considered complete. Any additional revisions requested after this point may be offered at our discretion as a courtesy.

Professional Editing: All videos are professionally edited using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Audio Processing: Includes audio cleanup, mixing, and volume normalization for clear, crisp sound.

Thumbnails & Captions: As specified in your chosen subscription plan.
What's NOT Included (Service Boundaries)
To maintain efficiency and focus, our service does not include the following:

Voiceover Recording: We do not record voiceovers. You must provide any voiceover files.

Custom Animation & Complex Motion Graphics: We use pre-built motion graphics templates. We do not create complex, custom animations from scratch (e.g., character animation, intricate infographics).

Script Writing or Content Strategy: We edit the content you provide. We do not write video scripts or develop your content strategy (unless you have purchased the "Content Strategy Call" add-on).

Advanced Sound Design: We do not perform complex sound design or create custom sound effects. However, we utilise pre-made sound effects where appropriate to enhance the final product.

Graphic Design Services: Our service does not include creating logos, brand guides, or other graphic design assets outside of video thumbnails unless discussed.

Sourcing Unlicensed Assets: We do not source assets (footage, music, images) from unlicensed or "free" websites due to copyright risks. All assets must be provided by you or sourced from our licensed libraries.
Factors That Can Affect Turnaround Times
We are committed to our target turnaround times, but certain factors can cause delays. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, please avoid the following:

Unclear Instructions: Vague or open-ended requests (e.g., "make it look cool") will require clarification and delay the start of editing.

Large File Sizes Without Proxies: Submitting raw footage files over 50GB, especially 4K, 6K, or 8K footage, without first creating smaller "proxy" files will significantly slow down the editing process.

Delayed Feedback: Slow response times for feedback or approvals will affect the progress of your project.
File & Asset Management

Footage Submission: It is your responsibility to provide all raw footage, logos, brand guidelines, and other assets required for each video. Please ensure all files are clearly labeled and organized in a single, accessible folder (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) for each request.

Project Files: We do not provide the raw project files (e.g., .prproj, .aep) unless discussed. You receive the final, exported video files as part of your service.

File Deletion Policy: To manage storage, we reserve the right to delete project files and assets from our servers 30 days after a video has been marked as complete and approved. Please download and securely store your final video files upon delivery.
Revisions & Approvals
"Unlimited revisions" means we will make reasonable adjustments to a delivered video until you are satisfied.

A revision consists of changes to the existing edit, such as trimming clips, changing music, adjusting colors, or modifying on-screen text.

A revision is not a complete re-edit from scratch with a new creative direction or the introduction of entirely new footage. Such requests will be treated as a new video request.
Communication & Support

All communication, feedback, and revisions should be managed through your dedicated Project Manager via our official communication channels. This ensures all requests are tracked and nothing gets lost.
Hours of Operation & Holidays
Mood Creative Studios operates with a global team of editors and project managers across multiple time zones. Your project's specific work schedule and communication availability will be coordinated by your dedicated Project Manager based on the team assigned to your account. Any potential downtime due to major holidays will be communicated to you in advance.
